Having critical parts available when and where they are needed is essential to minimize down-time and production losses.
ABB supports its customers by:
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of spare parts, not only for ABB's current products but also for legacy products from ASEA and BBC. Critical spares are held in our modern high-bay warehouse.
- Assisting in defining the correct spare parts for a specific delivery.
- Providing a recommendation of those parts, which we consider being critical and should be held on site.
New parts may not always be a possible solution. We also have the facility to recondition or repair the existing parts.
